Sports Nutrition announcement on 22.11.2017

This Saturdayís Sports Nutrition free Q & A session at St John's Church Hall, Crowborough has been postponed until January. The most likely date will be 20th January 2018 which will be confirmed on this webpage, hopefully by November 30th.

Calling all runners!

Iím Izabela, a nutrition advisor and I want to talk to you about how I can help Crowborough runners meet their running goals. Now weíre heading into winter, your energy levels and vitality are even more important for your running. I can help you

I offer one-to-one or group sessions to discuss what your goals and issues are and advise you on a structured nutrition plan to achieve your goals. Itís not just about cereal bars and supplements!
